Tranny will be fine, what you need to do is keep the intake mani and everything attached to it (throttle body etc) and bolt that to the 2.5. Correct me if I'm wrong someone but I think that's how it goes.. Not sure of what phase 2.5 you need and what that would come out of however. Others will...
