your belt probably would have flown off at 1/2 tensioner play, i think that's about the full travel. lobstah i'll keep yours in mind if i cant find one closer, i dont go up the coast too often. i should be going to the owls head museum in a month though.

the block's main bearings have the same rating system, except i think its 'Z' and 'J'? either way its just to match up the correct bearings with the correct bores/diameters. ps, .001 is a lot, not a little here. i wouldnt mix and match because its 'almost nothing'.

get the headgaskets to match the bore of the block, whatever that ends up being.
