Portland ME needs a health club more than anything. And i dont mean another friggen planet fitness. How can a city this size not have a real health club?!?! Tennis, Racquetball, a lap pool, hot tubs, machines, and an indoor track. Is that honestly too much to ask for?

Do you have a picture of how it's installed? I'd imagine it's on a tee from the line into the BCS and the turbo so that it bleeds off some pressure and makes the BCS think its running higher than it is. If that's the case all you'd want is a new hose from the turbo to the BCS.
