    Really disappointed with Tactrix 2.0

I've used tactrix 2.0 with romraider logger and editor on many diff win7 laptops and desktops without issue. Not sure what the issue is with your specific setup. If I were closer I'd help you figure it out.

    05 FXT Short Block/Turbo

Sure your cam journals are ok? Those usually get wiped out when the turbo/short block go.

    05 FXT ENGINE/TURBO PROBLEM!

Check if your timing belt jumped teeth. Can also be caused by low oil pressure, which in turn takes out the motor/turbo. I'd start there to make sure nothing catastrophic is going on.

Feb 8th Team Oneil course! Wanna join?!

They've had discounts in the past and barely anyone has actually followed through.  What's most people's insurance deductible, $500, $1000?  This class has the potential to save you big $$$ and grief in avoided accidents and loss of life etc... if you approach it with an open mind.  Addtionally...

    The PO011

I'm all for helping people out that don't storm in here being a dick themselves because they fail at searching the intertubes, and blame people on the other end of a keyboard for their problems.  As noted by my countless posts giving technical advice here, with a positive attitude no less.

    winter storm + ebrake

If you've been through deep/moderate snow on the road anywhere, it's always good to test your brakes a few seconds early before a stop is needed.  I've been caught off guard before when my brakes were packed up with snow/ice, and it took an extra 2-3 seconds for them to bite.  ABS also tends to...

*&%$#@!!! Subie locks itself overnight in cold

I'd start by checking all of the connectors related to door/trunk switches and latches in the car. Could be corrosion cross talk when it gets very cold. Otherwise my guess would be a bad body control unit. These types of gremlins are da best

    *OFFICIAL* Snow Thread

I'm sure I'll off it sometime this year. That's why I always keep two tow straps, a shovel, full size spare, and some warm gear in the car heh

A bank almost got me the other night, but I increased my turn angle via lfb + more throttle and barely squeaked by :-) getting my awd feet back under me after a year of 7k lb diesel truck hooning (or lack of). The banks def aren't built up enough yet to get too crazy out. Can't wait fir...

    winter storm + ebrake

That's pretty typical when the pads get packed with snow and then the car is parked. In fact, if you go through deep snow for a while, you'll find that dead pedal feeling until the pads/rotors clear. I'm not aware of anything that can reakly be done to prevent that, except for riding the...

    The PO011

I've diagnosed and repaired this issue over a handful of times, and every time it was a different problem. The issues ranged from low oil pressure, to bad/dirty sensor/solenoid, to a bad motor/turbo like I said in my first post. Because of the potentially expensive nature of the parts involved...

    Spotted!

You're correct, but what I was talking about isn't about air/fuel ratio.  It's about the intake air temperature (IAT) being cold enough that pre-ignition (detonation) is less likely.  Think of it sort of like the Water/Meth injection effect, which is mostly used to cool intake air to reduce...

    The unofficial GUN talk thread

American eagle 55gr fmj 20rnd packs and regular Federal 55gr fmj 100 rd packs both brass used to go on sale all the time ~2008-2011 in that range. I kept an eye on sales and stocked up whenever they happened. Works great in my rig. Never a missed feed or fire. Stopped plinking to save what I...

    The unofficial GUN talk thread

That is still insane money for .223, compared to before this gun grabbin' and speculatory restriction lunacy. 3-4x what I used to pay, and far above normal inflation. Now that the industry knows the public will pay that kind of coin, I don't think we'll ever see $0.08-$0.15/round (new brass)...
