Hey in search of a hood for a 05 Legacy Gt.

So my legacy is only boosting 9 lbs. It has a cobb stage 1 tune on it with no other upgrades. New short block with 3000 miles on it. No other issues with it. checked for boost leaks and found none. Is the anyway to check the BCS to see if its bad? Any other opinions would be great.

OK, I have a 2005 Legacy GT 5 Speed. Just did a full short block replacement. Car runs great, Idle's perfect, no overheating issues. Also replaced the clutch disc. Turbo only has about 6000 miles on it and everything is tight on it. So when you get on the throttle it is reading the stock 11 psi...
