05 impreza outback sport non turbo exhaust Q's

New to the forum and just got a subaru with na 2.5 non turbo just wondering what the stock exhaust manifold/headers inlet size is looking to upgrade to borla

I believe stock size is 1.75" coming off the heads, I could be wrong. Just order Borla headers specific to your car and you'll be fine.

Tsudo makes a header and cat pipe for a decent price. I have that on one of my cars and it has held up very well.

No. There's isn't much you'll do to a non turbo that will give you a noticeable increase in power.
