05 legacy rear disc swap onto a 06 forester

Has anybody done one? Or something similar? Is it an acheivable weekend project?

If you absolutely have to have rear discs in a Foz, get an S. drums are not so horrid, my g/f haz a Fozzy X w/drums for 40k so far without hitting anything.
