06/07 fog light covers

Looking from the outside, it does not appear there is any way the covers are compatible with the foglight surrounds a la 02/03 covers. I'm thinking about swapping over to the covers, but if I could switch back and forth with very little effort that would be all the more awesome.

Anyone that can advise how much needs to be removed from the stock fogs in order to fit the covers??

you just have to take the foglight surround off and pop in the flat cover. the lights don't stick out. but you may have to trim the back of the solid cover to make it fit right.
