2.5rs wont start. injectors dumping fuel

I have a 2000 2.5rs I bought with a blown engine it ran fine before it blew up. I bought a new motor for it hooked everything up and when I turn it over it dumps fuel out of the exhaust ports . when I unplugged the injectors it will stop and fire once sometimes. I have triple checked all my connections and everything seems to be fine .. I dont know why this would be happening? anybody have this happen before or know why this is happening?

 
you sure that the injectors are hooked up right are the engines from the same generation are you reusing the intake and injector or did they come with the new engine
