2011+ Exhaust Finisher Ideas?

Looking for ideas to replicate the 2011+ Subaru exhaust finishers. They look like this:
 

 

 

 
I'm looking for ideas to either replicate the look of these or buy something very similar to this and trim to fit. This is for a custom project and I'd rather not spend $140+ for the OEM or Ebay versions of these. A little insight for you guys, I'm fitting a WRX/STI quad tip exhaust  on my 2.5i. I'm getting shorter hangers to tuck the muffler up into the bumper and cutting the bumper. I need something nice and neat to cover up my bumper cuts.

Maybe find a machine shop that will do it for cheap with cheap metal?
