Airbox Hose

So Mark hooked me up with a stock airbox, and I have a K&N filter, the only thing I need is a stock airbox hose, if anyone has one just let me know.

You can run the airbox with out the hose. You are talking about the "silencer" baffle that goes behind the fender right?

There are plenty of guys that run with it off of there car. It is just there to keep the suction noise down on the car. You will just hear the air intake more that's all.

No, I am talking about the hose that connects the airbox to the turbo inlet, it is s-shaped.

if anyone has an intake other than APS, you can trade your stock aftermaf hose for his perrin silicone hose which is pretty cool. it just wouldn't fit over the lip of the aps intake on mine

So do you have a Perrin intake now? Why get rid of it? I have a Perrin BigMaf. I know you mentioned the throtle problem. A good tune would get rid of that for you.

I am going to try and sell the intake or hang on to it. I just don't have the money for a protune right now and I would like to go XPT stage 2 which requires the stocker airbox.

I think that's a damn good trade a perrin cold air intake for a stock intake hose.

I was thinking I might be better saving the whole CAI setup for when I have money for the pro tune, it all depends on the cost of the stock aftermaf.
