they are just covers. clutch and brake you should be able to get from the dealer. gas pedal you will need the actual pedal.

i have a set just like it. bought the set from evergreen. i want to say they weren't any more than a hundred, but my year impreza is drive by wire and wrx was still cable, so i had to eopxy the throttle pedal to my stock one

I had some on my RS. The brake and clutch are covers. Take off your rubber ones, install the new ones. The accelerator is a pedal that needs to be installed. As I remember it was a bit of a PITA, bur not terrible. I think I got directions from RS25.com
