customizing a sub woofer box

i have a giant sub woofer box in the back of my sti and i was wonderin if anyone could modify it so i have more room in my trunk...the box holds 2 12" subs. and cant be takin out from the rear pm me if you could help me out . willing to pay and willing to drive to you (as long as its not out of cumberland county)

I don't have any help for you, but I can tell you that if the box was made for those subs specifically, that the internal volume is a specific size on purpose. Tweaking too much will lose you volume/quality.

I dont know if this will help or not but this is what I have in my car. Instead of the amp there you could do a side by side subs.

yea that's sort of what I got only its one whole box....I just want to mount it into the sides or something so it looks like its part of the trunk.( I travel with my daughter a lot so I need that trunk space)
