Could someone please tell how to adjust the ebrake on my 03 wrx wagon. I am assuming there is an adjustment in the cable but I would like to know where it is before I climb all over the garage floor looking for it. thanks.

 
I believe that it adjusts just like a normal drum brake. there should be a little access hole with a rubber plug on the backing plate. I am not sure if they will readjust if you use it while going in reverse like regular drums tho.

 
I'm not user if they auto adjust in rev either. if they did you would have to actually use the hand brake in rev for it to work.

There is also an adjustment at e-brake handle for minor adjusting.
