which is a better set up. one peice headers and upipe(which i have) or stock manifold and aftermarket uppipe. i heard that the headers make you loose torque.(i think). any input would be nice. and why is it better?.. this is based on a 05 stage 2 wrx, thanks

Depends on the headers you use. If you go for Equal length you will loose a little on the low end plus the nice rumble. Unequal length will keep your rumble and give you some more low end power but you will miss some of the mid to high power.

I would say look at the maddad headers and uppipe combo. They make a good header and uppipe for a very good price and have some nice thought put into them.
