FS: Foglight bar with harness

Sorry for the ignorance, but how does it attach?? It looks like the top bolts to the top radiator support, maybe where the radiator brackets are??

 
The top picture is how it would be oriented looking at the grille, the top two go to the radiator hold downs and the lower middle hole bolts right below the hood release. The longer tabs stick out the grille and that's where the grey bar attaches. It looks professionally down but there are no markings on it.
