When does one need the colder plugs???

One step colder plugs are good for when you start pushing boost in your tuning.

I'm not sure where you can get the info.... But you would need to find out if these are actually one step colder for your Fozzy or not. There is a chart somewhere I'm sure. Even though these plugs can be had at NAPA, don't bother ask them, they wont know what you're talking about.

They may screw in just fine. But they might not be once step colder.

But $20 is a really good deal. Typically they will run you in the area of nearly $40 for the set. And yes they are new, I talked to Mark about them a while back.

65 bucks at napa too, but you can get them for 40 online. These are LFR7AIX. They are one step colder for 04-06 sti's i believe. i'm not sure what else. because you have pretty much the same engine as an sti (to some degree) they may work. again, might wanna consult a website or gabe.

Yeah we'll see if Gabe chimes in. It's the same motor block, just different turbo, intercooler and ecu, and the obvious powder coated intake. But I already have the STi I/C and will be getting the turbo and ECU later on.
