so I think I want to go gold for my rims but I am having a hard time trying to find the paint and suggestions?

and is there and good write ups on making a single colored ring on the rim?

Whatever you do, use lots of clearcoat. I did my steelies without clearcoat thinking it would be "easier to touch up later." Yeah right. Just makes it need touching up more often.

you just didn't use sealer paint.

It's all about the prep. Make sure the paint has a good surface to adhere to or it'll just flake off regardless off how much clear is there.

ive painted a bunch of wheels and have used clear coat and haven't really it all came out the same just sand the surface so the paint and have something to grab onto and do a light coat frist then start to do the other coats
