When I bought the car is had a HID kit installed. One of the bulbs blew so I put a new one in today.. Now both sides dont work and bulbs are fine.. I keep blowing the LH side High low fuse.. Any ideas? I don't know why the passenger side stoped working it was fine before I replaced the divers side.

depends if you used the secondary wiring harness or you are feeding it straight from the factory headlight circuit.

Its the factory wiring but the kid turned the plug and play kit into a cut and splice so it doesn't have the factory bulb plugs

oh jeesh.. I woudl have to see it. but if you are blowing fuses, something is shorted or the ballast is drawing too much on startup.

HIDs are only 35w while running but the amperage draw on start up is higher. You may want to consider a relay harness so you don't fry your stock wiring. They're easy enough to make or pretty cheap online. Super fancy/professional wiring diagram below:

well to my next question. I got another headlight plug wire to put the stockers back in but it only has one wire to hook into the possitive.. what do I do about the ground that's spliced into the harness for the HID ballest

I'm assuming you're talking about the low beam h1 slot for your peanut eye. If so the hot lead should connect to the bulb & the ground should connect to the prong off the bulb holder base. The slightly out of focus pic below should help
