high mileage vf39, and sti top mount

What do you think would be a fair price to sell my vf39 for? My friend in North Carolina wants to buy an sti turbo and tmic. I'd like to give him a fair price. I see them on Nasioc from $350 up to $475 but most are under 25k miles. I have 105K miles on mine. Just wondering what you think. Also what is a fair price for a stock top mount?

Depends on which TMIC you get. Most come w/ a y-pipe.
