lifted OB quests, 1996-2000

a friend is shopping 96-00 OB wags, he'll be using it to guide birders and nature photogs in pretty remote areas of far eastern Maine.

what are his best bets for lifting the suspension....how much can he get away with easily, what are sources for those bits?

what are the biggest tires he can put on the 15" wheels that will clear wheel wells with, say those 1" lift spacers on strut tops?

There is a lifted Outback at ProBody in Wiscasset. I don't know how they lifted it though.

Yeah I want more info on that. That thing looks awesome!!! Makes me REALLY want a lifted Outback, just without the 2.5 DOHC motor

The grabbers I have for sale fit on one stock ride height, don't know how much bigger he could go from there
