So I'm looking for a set of new snow tires for this winter, have a few brands in mind. So far I've looked at The Nitto NT-SN2, my mother has a set on here legacy and both my parents like them.

Also looking at the Dunlop SP winter sport 3D

also the firestone winterforce

Wondering if anybody has experience with these tires, or any recommendations for good set of winter tires.

are you thinking 15" size with dedicated wheels, or 16s to go on your stock wheels. Go as narrow as possible while keeping within 10% of stock diameter.

I can say the Dunlops don't make much more road noise then the stock tires on the BRZ. As far as traction, I won't have results until it is probably too late for you.

The Goodyear snows at wallet world worked well for me last year. They are 15s, handle pretty good for snow tires, not much noise, I drove on un plowed roads the morning after the blizzard and was unstoppable. Plus pretty good stability on the ice glaze Sunday. 85 each was also the cheapest I could find locally

So I ended up going with the Nitto NT-SN2 got a 10% discount at walmart, the total installed came out to $410 which is bad. I'll review them onces there installed and it snows again.
