Hi my name is paul I am currently in the process of buying a 99 subaru forester l with 200k miles the body is mint except for this driver side front panel. I am 20 years old and this is my first subaru, it also needs a clutch, can I find those cheap? I am also looking to do a few cosmetic things to it but I am not sure what people do to make them look nice so maybe a little help please.

Good choice! a new clutch kit from napa will run you about $250, and then theres the install.... do you have a transmission jack lol
