The womans cousin has a beat to crap aerio that he thought needed the stereo replaced because when he used it the battery would die and so would the car. If he didn't use the radio it was fine. Figuring maybe it was wired wrong I agreed to install the new one he bought. It's still doing the same thing. I can't imagine anything is faulty with the power wiring in the factory harness or it would do it all the time. I also wouldn't think if a speaker wire was shorting it would draw enough to kill the car without popping the 20 amp fuse in the back of the head unit, so I'm kind of at a loss. I know I installed everything properly and don't really know where to go from here, any ideas?
