How can I afford mods when my Northern Utilities bill is $344!!! WTF!?! I hope this 50 degree weather sticks around all winter.

Keep the house at 60 degrees and dark like me and it won't be a problem. I just bought a gauge pack with the money I saved.

I have it at 62 now, max 65. I think the key is keeping it constant rather than raising it during the day, lowering at night.

Nope... that's JUST heat... Everything else in teh joint is electric from CMP... that bill is another $100... :'(
