Personalizing the feel of my ride.

I'd like to change several things to change the way my car is driven.

1. Shorten the amount of revolutions on the steering wheel before wheel lock.

2. Change clutch engage point.

3. Throttle positioning, less "play".

Is this possible or am I just pissing up a pole?

you can adjust the throttle cable if you have slack that causes a slight delay in response.
