Is it possible for two people to register and race in a rally-x and use one car?

If it is possible would it be a pain in the ass to officials or other participants? I'm thinkin about lining up to take your turn etc...

Yes.

Nope, people do it all the time. There's usually a seperate line for multiple driver cars.
