Rims and tires choice

Hey all. I was just wondering if there would be any problems with rubbing using a 235/40/17 tire on a 17x8 Rota G-force rim with +48 offset on a 2007 WRX TR. The suspension is SPT springs with stock struts. Any information would be fantastic, thanks in advance!

Probably not, and if it does it would only require a slight fender roll.

I am pretty sure you will be able to get away with not rolling. That isn't overly wide. I run 225-45-17 on a narrower wheel with +45. I have around 0.75" of extra room before even contemplating a fender roll.
