What year Legacy? They will fit if you have the 10.2" or 9.5" rotors. According to EBC's web site. they list both rotors optional with 13 inch wheels.

Measured my spare set of front rotors, 10.2. So I guess they'd work, hmm. I am in need of new summer tires. I'll have to think about this one.
