what is this hose for?

can any one tel me what this hose goes to, i broke it off of the other end, where ever it is attached to today while doing some work, it is a vacumm line of some sort. if its uncapped, the car idles a little rough, with it capped, its fine.View attachment 2897

yup that's def a vacuum line, any hose between the heads and the throttle body is a vacuum line. you want it connected or you'll have a vacuum leak ( hence the rough idle). i cant remember were it goes ill look at my car in the morning and let you know.

Here you go man. plugs into the box that has the numbers on it. you should be able to see it curves right down to it.

does that box have 2 hoses connected to it on yours? mine already has one connected, and i cant really see where another would hook up, does anyone know what this box is?

I think that's the fuel evap system/sensor..

Yes there are two hoses conneted to it. the one you are missing is the one that connects above the other.
