WTB: Cold air intake and catless bell mouth up pipe

lookin to buy a cold air intake system for my 2006 sti (can be any thing, pm me)

catless bell mouth down pipe, can be any brand i dont care. will either buy or trade for the aftermarket downpipe on my sti (had up pipe up there before haha).
