Hi all,
I am entertaining offers on my Subaru 2.5RS Coupe 5mt. Mileage is roughly 150,200 miles. This was katnip's RS before it was mine. I am moving on to a newer DD, and concentrating on building my RS sedan to what I want it to be. Most of the following is from the previous add for the car (when I purchased it), but I edited and added a few things.
The rockers have been redone with thicker sheet metal along with a couple of minor odds n ends. This is a basically a daily driver race car so it is what is. It has about 3.5k+$ in extras.
2001 2.5 RS Coupe (BRP)
Head Gaskets, Valve Cover Gaskets done at Evergreen Subi before I purchased the car (pre 128K)
Timing Belt, pulleys and water pump done at 129k
New Inner and Outer Tie rods at 145k
New Alternator in April 09
Group N Engine Mounts, Tranny Mounts, Group N Strut Tops, STI Dogbone
KYB AGX Rear, Stock Front, w/OBS Springs (1 used front AGX spare)
Borla Headers and catback
WRX interior
Momo Leather/Metal Shift knob
RB5 Wing
Rally Armor Mudflaps
SS Brakelines
ATE Super Blue Racing brake fluid
Brembo slotted Rotors
Apexi SAFC II
Primative Rear Skid
Exedy Lightened Flywheel/Clutch Combo
18-20-22mm adjustable whiteline rear sway
perrin lightweight, underdrive pullies
kartboy rear endlinks
perrin front endlinks
synthetic fluids everywhere (amsoil or motul)
Comes with 15 Steelies with well used Hankook Snows and possibly a set of 17" Enkei Wheels
The front diff is slightly noisy but its been that way since 51k miles so that was probably a backlash setting but has worn into the ring/pinion by now.
The car is due for inspection which I will take care of as well as some exhaust repairs.
There is a dent in the drivers door, it is repairable, but noticable.
This car has been my reliable daily driver and made a great Rally-xer as is, and has the potential to be a great build for a stage rally car.
Asking 4k with everything above included, or make an offer.
