well I had one idea for the site and a way to recruit members. idk if you've seen the dirty impreza cards they say the name dirtyimpreza.com but on the back of the dirty impreza ones it says you were spotted and are welcome to join the Subaru enthusiast website. im afraid that the M/S cards we have that when you tag certian people they think that we are trying to sell them something because on the back it has evergreen. soo I thaught maybve if we said something similiar to dirty impreza ones people would join more often instead of people thinking we are trying to sell them something.

 
I would imagine since eg is no longer a sponsor well need to make a new card anyways right?

 
I am willing to print these for you Carter, if you'd like. I'm the regional production manager for a local printing company in Portsmouth, NH. I'd love to be the "official printer" of M/S! If you need design services too, let me know. I have the full CS5 suite on my work laptop... which stays here at home with me when I'm not at work!

I had this thought a while ago, and hated the eg logo on the back so I couldn't write that it was I who spotted and tagged them, but stating they are welcome to join our community is a very good thing, since people may get mixed messages about our current ones.

 
Would Carter be in charge of designing? I do not want to step on anyone's toes, I'm merely just trying to help. If he doesn't mind, perhaps he can send me what he has, and I can roll with it from there.

Would it be a good idea to leave a spot on the backs of the cards this time to write in who the recruiter was? Makes it a little more personal imo.

 
I'm not logged in to the mobile site, so if carter wants to mess with it he wont be locking me out right now. and I liked the design we have on the front of the cards, just make a warm welcoming statement with a place to write a username and maybe real name on the back

I never saw the first version that was printed. Can anyone share that with me? Any files that have been used in the past would be helpful for the future design.

 
Thanks for posting that up. I'll see if I can put together a design. Anyone know what the Mainely Subaru's font is?

Also, if anyone wants to send in high resolution images of their vehicles, we could somehow work it into the design. I'm thinking full color photos incorporated into the design. Let's make these things look great!

I will have to take time after work hours to do this up. If anyone else wants to try their hand at it as well, please feel free.

If you have high res images you want to submit, please send them to craigheon at gee mail dot com!

EDIT: In fact, the whole masthead on this website would work great for a card. Carter, do you have that? Can you send it to me?
