Oh yeah! I remember you talking about that black bugeye but I couldn't remember which car was yours. Duh!
The guy the owns the black is a Director there. He's got a lot of mods on it. He's pretty cool for management!

Joe, I picked it up at Lowe's in Sanford. I actually just went back there tonight and picked up steel flatbar. I was using aluminum, but it is too flimsy. It's fairly inexpensive.yes you have!!! Are you in the yellow bug eye?
Where did you get your flat bar from? Also where did you mount the switch? Just trying to steal more of you ideas!!!!
Sweet! Thanks man!Joe, I picked it up at Lowe's in Sanford. I actually just went back there tonight and picked up steel flatbar. I was using aluminum, but it is too flimsy. It's fairly inexpensive.
Oh, and I'm mounting my switch on an open panel on the dash... .left of the steering wheel.(Aisle 17 btw.... down by the ladders!) lol
I thought it mounted underneath the car too?the two holes underneath the bumper beam. you should have it mount there and wrap up to the hood for extra support. I would buy one pre-made like that, but no one makes them that way.....
Ya found out I can get stuff down in the machine shop for cost of material!!! I think you new plan will work much better! So are you creating a custom bar instead of the flatiron Joe? I'm re-thinking my setup as well. I think I'm going to return the flatbar and get steel angle-iron and just drill holes where my license plate bracket it, and then some more holes on the top and mount them there. They'll sit a bit higher than where I have them now, but it will be a ton more solid.
Pics?My 700ff's are pretty concentrated. If you can deal with the bigger pricetag than 500's id suggest them.
Oh and theyre 8.5" instead of 6" so they look crazy haha
