EJ22 91k miles

I have an EJ22 out of an early legacy wagon.

It has dual port heads with hydraulic lifters and 91k miles.

Perfect for a swap into a DOHC car, just put on an obd2 intake manifold (I have one) and swap the cam/crank sensor from your DOHC over.

It looks like an engine, but here's a picture under the valve cover. Wicked clean!

I should also note, the nasty oil in that drain pan came out of my air compressor, not this engine. I just had that in case oil dripped out of the valve cover.

Dude you know you want it. The thing is CLEAN. I thought my legacy replacement motor was clean when we opened it up, then I saw this thing...

I do, but no funds to do so. Also I doubt my clutch would like the extra 20 horsepower.

Buying! It's going straight into the rally car! Might get a set of cams first..we shall see

Definitely put a set of cams in it, an extra $150 or so in the grand scheme of things is pretty cheap. And it would be awesome! I'm glad this motor can live on in a rally car.

I'll take it for a ride with me next time I go up to Orono, may actually be fairly soon, I need to talk to my sister who lives up there.
