yeah i know... I've just put a lot of money and time into the car and i am also in a position were i can wait and hope for top dollar. it isn't an easy car to find.
I'm changing my plans... I was planning on selling my car so I could get a plow truck (and i think it was obvious i didn't really want to sell it)... I decided against selling the car. I'm going to sell the rims and some of my other stuff I have to come up with the money for a truck...
...
haha i knew you'd ask, I'm a cheap skate so i went with the Cooper ST-2's, Accourding to Discount tire they say that they are as good as the WS-50's.... We'll see this winter i guess.
Also found out (according to discount tire) the Blizzak WS-50 are discontinued. I guess sears must have still...
That would have been very tempting... but i just bought some new tires on Sat.
thanks thou.
btw i wasnt trying to be an annoying ass wipe, just looking for as much tire advice/opinion/preference as possible.
thanks, an answer im looking for, one with an opinion about the tires not just facts about ruber compond and what not... (no offence Rightseat it was all helpful) but i guess i dont really care what they are made of, just weather or not they work well.
So i did some priceing, at sears... all prices are for 4 tires installed.
Blizzack ws-50 $556 (195/55-16) (these two prices include a $48 Road hazard thing)
