Ray and Robin's doesn't have one? Seems like every time I've been over the last few years I've seen one, but I haven't been in a while.

The electric stuff is pretty amazing these days. I've been playing with electric/foam planes for a year or so they are quiet powerful and most importantly, easy.

Remington 700 or AR 10 both in 308 for deer/moose/bear out to 300 yards max plus a general fun gun year round? 300 blackout is tempting but until the ammo is more plentiful I'm holding off.

The eotech came off the AR, and did group surprisingly well at range with the small center dot. I just can't justify the cost of another eotech or aimpoint right now, but I'll have to check out the one you recommended, thanks. New concealed carry? LOL

Not a ton. Keep it under $200 probably, or put my Nikon prostaff on it maybe and put something nicer on my 700.

S12 sight mount in and mounted, put the eotech on as it makes more sense on a 12 gauge. Which leaves this needing a scope. Something ok for up close with a little magnification for out to 100 yards. Fixed 3x? Suggestions? After handling the 2 back to back its amazing at the difference...

So sold as a complete rifle, always a rifle. Sold as a lower, build into whichever you prefer.

So speaking of AR pistols, what is the rule of building one in regards to the lower? I have a poly rifle lower kicking around, can I just put a pistol buffer/arm brace on this lower?

Anything is possible. Still messing with my saiga 12, anyone know of any good gunsmiths that do good work on these? I know a few of the usual gunsmiths that do good things with shortening barrels etc, but trying to find more of an expert on that platform.

That's what I thought, but back in 2007 apparently it meant something different. That's what my 25-06 is labeled as according to the serial # I sent Remington.

Thanks, I will look into that as well. Anyone know what a Remington Model 700 TM SPS is? I can find info on just the SPS rifles but not the TM.

Yeah I do like the 700s my current rifle is a 700 in 25-06 which shoots great and is very accurate, and for sale. Great for hunting, not so much for burning up rounds at the range. I just didn't know if there might be something as good/better in that price range.
