    Jesse's Bugeye

That they do. Lucky for me I inherited my accessport with the car. Unlucky for me I also inherited the problems no one knew about haha. I ended up dishing out about 800 to Kinetic because they found a boost leak and I had a very wobbly wheel due to a bearing and some other things. They did good...

    Jesse's Bugeye

Well, I already had an acessport and a tune on my car. They were really just updating it for the 2.2. That may be why I paid less than you were quoted.

    Jesse's Bugeye

Yessir that was for a professional dyno tune at Kinetic Motorworks in New Hampshire.

    Jesse's Bugeye

If you have the know how and already have the parts, I'd recommend going for it. I don't have a single complaint so far and mine has about 12 k miles on it. Keep in mind you will be needing a tune if you go for it. It'll run but not how it should. I drove mine around until it was broken in then...

    Jesse's Bugeye

The reason, huh? Well, when the block I had turned into a giant's paperweight, I called Meyagi. Meyagi is a member on here who knows quite a lot, although he isn't active anymore. He has the same set up, wrx heads and bits with the 2.2 block at it's core. He has it in his Ken Block car and has...

    Vortex Generator

I'm going to be going a different route with the back-of-the-roof-above-the-rear-window space on my car, so now's your chance to own a beautifully cheap thingy for your car! It's plastidipped flat black; it's for sure peeling up on one corner. Lucky you! This is exposing the ultimately cheap...

    First Subaru Need Some Help

I had a lot of trouble finding a non turbo 2.2 block.. I had to get one from the dealer. Also, with my experience I needed new heads, not a turbo though. Good luck with your search!

    Wrecked Subaru WRX

Do you have a frame straightening machine? The body shop I worked at used one to fix the rail on a cr-v. By fix, I mean pull it back close to where it should be then use extremely precise measuring tools to get it exact. then they had to weld in all new rails to replace the messed up one.. It...

wtb 02 and 04/05 wrx parts

The scoop on an 04/05 has a bigger base. You'd be better off buying a replica scoop made for a bugeye. You'd have to either completely rebuild the scoop or cut the hole in your hood bigger, which would then mess with your splitter. Not really worth the headache. If you just want a taller scoop...

    Spotted!

Parked next to a black forester, possibly an 04/05? at emcc today. had brz wheels and dark dark dark tinted windows. Also saw a kid practically break his neck looking at the tuck on a slammed white brz with plastidip red wheels. Thing was way low. Also at emcc.

    Marino's WRB 2005 WRX!

In one of Unabomber's threads on NASIOC, he lists another one I believe. But yes, you don't need a tune for the cobb. I hear it uses witch craft and sorcery.
