Stock tires are worn, replace or upgrade?

How about recommendations for a summer tire to replace the stock dunlops? Something that will handle 25K miles a year and perform as well as the stock ones did, but hopefully without the big pricetag?

Stock tires are worn, replace or upgrade?

Well as the title says, its probably time to replace the wires on my '11 wrx. Bad alignment wore the inner edge of the tire, so most places won't mount them in place of my snow tires. Basically no tread left on the inner "shoulder" of the tire. Great tread on 95% of the tire other than that...

    *Knife Talk Thread*

Ive considered picking up one of these for a big knife, but kind of $$$. http://www.graymanknives.com/ Plus I already have knives I am happy with, so it's not a priority.

IWB kydex and horsehide from http://theisholsters.com/ Had one similar for a G21 that worked well for behind the back carry, can't wait to try this one. $65 shipped to my door within 3 weeks.

My mistake, thought he looked to the right and saw him coming.

    Determination of fault

I always thought passing traffic on the right when there is no passing lane was technically illegal regardless.

An older single shot 12ga made in brazil . Nothing special my dads gun he's had it forever. Broke the stock on a raccoon I believe. I'll pull all the tape off tomorrow to see the damage. Its been taped up my whole life, actually.

What are my options for fixing a cracked stock on an uncommon gun? Not sure I will be able to find a replacement for this one.

Had Nate do a bunch of stuff thursday, everything he worked on came out great. Definately much happier with how the Glocks feel after he has had about a half hour with them.

I think that tracked car is near the end of 133 in Farmington unless there are 2 of them.

I did the same, great for rifle shooting but no place for closer targets so I had to make one.

Shot with Nate's trigger job finally the other day. Took some getting used to I'm used to resetting the trigger and coming up against the release point, with the trigger job it just kind of transitions through all of the motions so much smoother. I was messing with my stance/grip etc so the...

I have heard people say that, and I'm not saying its a bad thing to do. But in all the state ccw information and everywhere else I've looked I have never seen documented where you are required to declare you have a weapon unless asked. Granted the legal stuff is horrible to read and worse to...

I guess I just don't see the point in telling anyone you are carrying unless you are being asked to step out of your vehicle, if you have any weapons etc. Seems like it could only lead to more trouble. I understand the LEO would prefer to know but it's kind of a moot point as we all know...

I don't think it is illegal to have loaded magazines in a vehicle, as long as they are not attached to a firearm. Out of curiosity, say someone gets pulled over for something minor, plate light out etc. If that person told the LEO that they had a permit and a gun, does it now turn into getting...

Spent some time in Nate's workshop today. The G30 got a trigger bar and polish, and I'm amazed at how much better it feels. Only dryfired so far, but it feels much smoother, and more natural. Not so stiff and mechanical I suppose would be one way to put it. I ran into technical issues with...

Agreed that the biggest reason I want to look into conversion barrels is to be able to shoot cheaper ammo, I'm just not sure of the likelyhood of finding a G17 or 23 mag at a reasonable rate anytime soon. It would just be for practice, not a combo I would want to carry. The benefit of .357 SIG...

So assuming you had a G23 which conversion would be better .357 sign or 9mm?
