I really think its the rotors at this point. The pads are OEM toyota pads. All the other pieces are brand new. Anti-squeal is in the right spots. Im going to get the rotor turned and see if that does the trick.

This is on my sister's camry. I changed the pads on the driver's side with no issue but for some reason I can't get the pass side to stop squeeking under braking. I used brand new pads, brand new shim kits and even put some of that no squeel stuff on the pads. I also cleaned everything...

Meh it was fairly easy, just took a lot of time. You have to take off all trim pieces, seatbelts and lights. The only part I wonder if you have the holes already pre-drilled or if you'd have to make them. Let me know if you need me to lend a hand.
