No grounding kit. Its not so much hesitation as its sputtering and backfiring.

What is the water spray test? Is the coil pack the bit where all the plug wires connect to?

Replaced all wires this weekend still getting the sputtering. It only happens when the car is in gear and at the low RPM range. No oil on the plugs or boots. I did notice that one of the plug's ends was worn down to an angle on one side. I'm going to replace all the plugs and see if that helps.
