70% generally means it will be raining on and off, so you shouldn't be spending the whole day getting drenched, I believe the ball was 60-70% so... Plus it's supposed to be 80* so no freezing. I would say just bring a change of clothes in case some rain passes through.

Yeah the 08 driver was pretty cool. I took a ride with him on his first run (I think you can see me in the photo). The car really seemed very well composed. He overcooked a few corners and the plowing seemed to be worked out pretty easily with the brakes without the snap that the older years...
