all the 22b kits are replicas. the original was real metal body panels and you basically cant buy them. plan on another $1000 (or waaay more) to have it fitted depending on how well the shop does it. 1000 would probably look like an obvious add on kit, but spend more and they'll fit the panels...

*most* 99's are sohc. 2000-up to present non turbos are all sohc. that was the changeover year but they werent all that way. you'll just need to ask him to read off the engine code (ej25d or ej25e i believe) or check for the shape of the timing belt cover. and yes, i have a sohc with brand new...

theres not much in the way of coolant on that side of the motor on the early cars. its either the throttle body as mikey said, and you'll see/smell a big ass puddle of coolant on the top of your block, or its the headgasket.
