Those are the dust caps. I believe the part number is 84953AG060 and it should be ~$7 each from the dealership. I would recommend putting the wires through the headlight grommet instead of the dust caps. Installation takes longer but it's a much cleaner look. I second buying from TheRetrofitSource.

DRLs will shorten the lifespan of the HID bulbs because DRLs cuts power to the low beam bulbs by like 90% which isn't enough power to properly run the HIDs

Remember to disconnect your DRLs after you install your HIDs.

I bought these used off of someone and never installed them on my car so I don't have pics of them on my car. Here are some pics of H-Techs on some Legacys that I found on the internet.
