Time for my buddy Snowball to find a new home. I'm shopping for car with more passenger/cargo space. Likely a WRX wag or Focus SVT 4-dr hatch.
2000 RS coupe, 5 MT, 130k miles, sunroof, stock interior yadda yadda, you guys know about RSes.
This is a really good GC coupe, nicely modded without making it a Daily Tuner. 110% reliable in daily driver duty. 30+ mpg in mindful highway use. Those who know me know I drive my cars with enthusiasm but also take great care of em.
Mods: GR-2 struts, borla headers, AEM CAI, STI exhaust, fresh Exedy Stage One clutch, Hella driving lights, generic poly bushing short shifter etc etc. Tires are 225/50-16 Direzza Star Specs, plus add'l set of Hakka snows on Foz starfish steelies. Recent paint, brakes good all round with recent pads/rotors. Inner tie rods are new, driver side H/G done, etc etc.
Issues: not much, it's got the typical GC quarter-panel bubbles and could use a fresh knuckle in shift linkage. Minor oil seepage under pass head.
