good luck finding one in maine... try the classifieds on nasioc, I see them there every once in a while. they go pretty fast though. i've been looking into them too.

I remember seeing a guy made his own tall scoop. He had an extra USDM scoop and cut the sides, bent it up, then used fiberglass resin to reinforce it. then he made it smooth and pretty with bondo and hit it up with some paint. I think it was a forester site I saw it on. I'll look around and see if I can find that. It didn't look too hard.
