07 motor swap into 02 rs

So here's my story, I swapped in the 07 motor that I had in the 05 into my 02 rs. I swapped over the intake and did a timing belt and headgasket then put the motor in and had a no start just turns over. So we thought we were 180 out on time so we reset it and still have a no fire. Put different plugs on and wires still nothing. It is throwing a crank code and cam code that y we thought we were180 out but its still throwing codes. Anyone have a suggestion or did I east my time with a swap that won't work?

Check to see if the 02 cam gears are any diff the the ones you put in

the left cam gear and crank gear have the wrong pickups

Is there a fix? Can I just swap the sensors?
