I am parting out a 99 forester. Pics available. Body is rust free, engine has blown head gasket and noise. The noise could be the waterpump, an idler, or a rod bearing but it is hard to tell.

the person on the wheels has not shown up to get them and I have held them for over a month for the guy without any downpayment, so as far as I'm concerned they are still available. 4-15" aluminum factory wheels, good for snowtires.
I have a guy that has that on his parts list. He just recenltly contacted me and (I have to check the email again) I am supposed to call him today to set up a day/time. If he doesn't show, I'll let you know.
I know the heads go for around $150, and I know that at least the drivers side is good. The passengers side may be just the gasket.
$200 takes the engine if you do the wrenching. (pick a warmer day) You can still hear the engine run currently. It's loud because the exhaust isn't on it.
