2.5 engine question

Using 97 2.2 heads on 02 2.5 block do i use signal cam head gskts n should i use a 2.5 pcm

stock pcm will be fine, and use the 02 2.5 head gaskets.

More power grass hopper

What's the hp gain? 2.2 zippy engines lack 2.5 power bad like 50 ish or so I'm assuming b a 2.5 power first time doing it so kinda curious

its probably a 20hp or so, hard to tell.  It will drop off pretty hard at 5k rpms.  It makes a really torquey low end. You're going to want to run premium fuel

Ya what i heard but 45$ on 87 octane to full guess extra couple bucks its worth it hv u felt the deference ur self

Yeah I have built a few of them before.  I had one in a fwd legacy before actually.  Its very snappy, like give your passengers whiplash lol..

ive built these, and a stock 2.5 makes more power. 2.2 heads suck for flow
