Well i hope you have fun! I was very frustrated when i did it the first time, i almost left after my morning runs, but i watched and observed others and improved my time a lot in the afternoon and realized how rewarding self-betterment is

Even if I can't race the supra by storyland, I am hoping to at least be able to drive it there for everyone to gawk at. That and I'm so excited just to be able to drive it again! 8)
well, I could always bring black sunshine and everybody can see what a boat looks like racing ;D

3 front and 7 rear is what i ran at the last evergreen collisee event. but then, evilaspie set them for me, so i'm just regurgetating that info.
That's what i've found is best by reading other autox forums, and i don't have any complaints about that setup.

But, I might trying to mess with the settings this year; going 4 front and 5-6 rear to try to reduce some of the lift/brake oversteer the RS was prone to last season. But it might be totally different with different tires and alignment anyway.

cool thanks! I run stock alignment, right now there is "none" due to the new susp and no alignment since and it will probably be that way at Storyland. I'm waiting to get an alignment when I get the summer sneakers on in May

what about rear sway 18, 20, 22?

i think you should bring black sunshine!!!!!

for the rear bar you'd be most comfortable with it at full stiff. i run mine at 24. and with the 28 front. but i like the tail to be a little loose. but being a rallyxer i think you'd be as happy with the tail out too.

stock front sway and mine is extremely tail happy

I'm getting excited! >

I'm saving the suspension for next weekend, let me know if you encounter any pitfalls

. My road looks like the surface of the moon...not that a week is going to change that...but i'd like to think it will!

No pitfalls everything went really smooth thanks to the help of Antonio and others. Just make sure you have an extra set of hands and an impact and I don't think you will have any issues. Ended up putting the 500# springs in the front with the 25mm Perrin adj sway bar (courtesy of Tin Can Motorsports) and the 650# springs in the rear with the stock sway bar and the car feels completely different (in a good way). Front grip is excellent, turn in is much improved, and the car feels very neutral with the ability to cause lift oversteer or throttle understeer. Still messing with the front dampening, but I am absolutely psyched about the overall feel of the car!!!!

susp is not too difficult, hubby and I did it in an afternoon

I absolutely can't wait for this season.... but after driving Gabe's car and riding, I think I really need suspension...... Blah.

Tin Can Motorsports has a 25mm Perrin Adjustable Rear sway kit also in stock if you need one :-)

In all seriousness, with the 650# springs out back I think the 25mm front and the stock rear may work out alright.

I'm currently working on tuning my GM BCS kit... lots of tuning over the week.. but boy does boost come on fast!

at least that's how i've done everything previously. What bolts/nuts did you need an impact for?

The only spot we really needed it for was for the rear tophats which we reused. I'm sure there is a way around this, but we couldn't really get a wrench on the nut because it was recessed and without a hex key to keep the strut from spinning a socket w/out an impact was useless. I'm sure there are a variety of methods around this, just be sure you have a plan if you are reusing the tophats.

I cant wait to actually auto-x again, man it has been some time, hope i haven't lost it completely? Going from rwd small car to a awd auto-x boat may be difficult?

I too am a little nervous going from my tiny little RS to the Supra. Going to be quite an adjustment!! But exciting!! >
